2D: FROZEN WORLD

What if the world we know is only one way of seeing it?

Captured from above in the remote Icelandic Highlands, these photographs reveal a landscape that feels almost alien. Volcanic earth, glacial textures and dark mineral patterns dissolve into abstract forms, challenging our sense of scale, depth and reality.

Photographed during the final hours before the Highlands closed for winter, the series captures a fleeting world on the edge of disappearance. Just hours later, snowfall began to cover the very patterns that had drawn me there.

A landscape suspended between worlds. A moment suspended in time.
